What Laxmi is, and is not
Laxmi prepares and organises. A qualified accountant certifies.
It does not certify accounts, file statutory returns or give financial advice; a qualified accountant does that. Laxmi prepares and organises the records; the professional who signs them off is a person.
Works with
The problem, and the turn
Today
Your cash position is usually a guess made from a bank balance and a memory of what is coming, which holds until a large payment lands early. Invoices go out and then sit, because chasing them is awkward and nobody owns it. Receipts and bills accumulate in a drawer and a mailbox, and the real picture appears only once somebody assembles it, long after it would have been useful.
With Laxmi
Laxmi records money in and money out as it happens, keeps a live list of who owes you and who you owe, chases overdue invoices politely once you approve the wording, and shows what your cash position looks like in the weeks ahead. Everything stays as a record your accountant can work from.
Honest limits
Limits we hold on purpose. They are what keeps your records usable by the professional who signs them off.
What Laxmi can do
From the receipt in your hand to the folder your accountant opens.
What you see
A money dashboard: money in and money out, a receivables list ordered by how overdue each item is, a payables calendar, and a forward cash view built from committed items only. Every entry links straight to its receipt or invoice.
