Operator-reviewed 30 August 2026; Privacy and Cookie analytics disclosures effective 1 September 2026 for Automix AI (automixai.in). These terms describe how the public sites, waitlists, trials and paid launch offers work. They are the commercial terms that apply until counsel issues a later revision. Using the site, emailing us to start a trial, or paying an invoice means you accept them.
You must be able to form a contract under Indian law. Published launch prices live on pricing.html. Wavy is the first messaging workspace marked available; other specialists may be priced, in build, or coming soon — the status table is the authority, not a headline pill. Self-serve checkout is not on these pages; onboarding is arranged by phone or email. Keep credentials confidential and follow Meta, WhatsApp and carrier rules on numbers you connect. Automix does not warrant uninterrupted uptime. Liability for paid services is limited to fees paid to Automix in the prior twelve months, excluding pass-through Meta, carrier, ads and registrar charges, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Automix processes account, billing, security-log and enquiry data to run the
service. You are typically the data fiduciary for customer conversations on channels you
connect. We do not sell personal data. Session cookie automix_session lasts 30
days or until you sign out. Workspace data is kept until you or we delete it: we do not run a
scheduled purge, and we would rather say so than publish a retention period we do not
enforce. Voice-call recordings are deleted after 90 days and interview recordings after
30. Ask us to delete anything else, including a whole workspace, and we complete it
within 30 days and confirm in writing. Tax invoices are kept for the statutory period.

Public pages use self-hosted Umami for cookieless page-view measurement. Query strings and URL fragments are excluded, and no session replay or heatmaps are enabled.
Published trial: 30 days from the agent going live, no card to start, no auto-charge if you do nothing. Paid periods that have started and been delivered are not automatically refundable. Unused credits are not cash-refundable except where Indian consumer law requires. Meta, carrier, ads spend and domain-registrar charges are not refunded by Automix.
Billed in ₹. Displayed prices exclude tax; any tax that applies is charged at the rate shown on your invoice. Every payment is invoiced. Usage-based charges — messages, voice minutes and AI processing — appear on the following cycle. Meta, carrier, ads and registrar charges are billed to your own accounts by those providers.
Product sign-in sets one essential cookie, automix_session, HttpOnly / Secure / SameSite=Lax on .automixai.in. No advertising pixel or third-party analytics cookie is loaded on the current product frontend. Google may set its own cookies on google.com if you use Google sign-in, and connecting a WhatsApp number loads Meta’s Embedded Signup SDK on the Channels page, which sets Meta’s cookies under Meta’s policies. Both start only when you choose to begin that flow.
The Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Fair Use Policy and Our Guarantee remain effective 30 August 2026. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are effective 1 September 2026.
