+ AI POWERED PERSONAL COACH
Ojas turns a vague intention into a weekly commitment you can actually keep, checks in on it, and adjusts when life gets in the way.
Coming soon
Ojas is not a therapist, doctor or dietician; it does not treat, diagnose or prescribe. It does not set medical, health or training targets for you — bring those from a qualified professional.
A goal held only as an intention has no first step, so the beginning keeps sliding to a better week. When you do start, the plan is too ambitious for an ordinary working day and collapses at the first disruption. With nothing recording progress a good fortnight and a bad one feel identical, so you conclude it is not working and stop.
You tell Ojas what you want and what your week honestly looks like. It breaks the goal into steps small enough to survive a bad day, checks in on the rhythm you agreed, and records what you actually did. When you miss, it changes the plan rather than repeating it at you.
What Ojas can do
Turns one large intention into ordered steps sized for a real week.
Agrees a small number of specific actions rather than a wish list.
Asks how it went, on the rhythm you chose, and records your answer.
Keeps a visible history, so a good stretch and a bad one no longer look the same.
Talks through what got in the way and changes the plan to suit.
Tracks the repeated actions that carry a goal between milestones.
What you see
A climb view: your goal at the summit, the steps below it, and the ones behind you marked off. A weekly card holds this week's commitments and a history strip shows what actually happened, week by week, so progress is visible even in a bad stretch.

Honest limits
Limits held on purpose. They are why a figure it gives you is worth quoting.
