How it works

Start warm, not cold.

The problem

You hold a list of people who once wanted to hear from you, and it sits untouched because writing a campaign is an afternoon you do not have. When one does go out it goes to everybody in the same words, so the loyal customer and the cold enquiry read an identical message. Nothing is measured, so the next send repeats the same mistakes.

The turn

Patri takes your list, groups it by how people have actually behaved, and drafts the emails for each group. You approve the wording and the audience; it schedules and sends, then reports what was opened, clicked and ignored — and drafts the next one from that.

Limits we hold on purpose. They keep the judgement, the facts and the final word with you.

It does not buy, scrape or supply contacts — the list must be yours, gathered with consent.
It does not send until you have approved both the draft and the audience.
It cannot guarantee inbox placement; the receiving providers and your sending reputation decide that.
It does not promise open or reply figures; it reports what actually happened.
