Where to send what
Both inboxes are read by a person. Choosing the right one gets you a faster answer, not a different quality of one.
- Buying, pricing, invoices, and refunds — vivek@automixai.in. Every Automix plan is arranged directly rather than through a self-service checkout, so this is also how you start.
- Setup, WhatsApp Business API, integrations, and bugs — nisarg@automixai.in. If you are reporting something broken, the URL and roughly when it happened are usually enough for us to find it in the logs.
- Your personal data — access, correction, deletion — vivek@automixai.in, with “Data request” in the subject line. See the Privacy Policy for what we can do and how long each kind of request takes.
- A complaint about how we handled your data — the same address, addressed to Dr. Vivek Trivedi, who is the person responsible for data protection at Automix AI and is named for that purpose in the Privacy Policy.
What we will not do
No form, and no channel we cannot read
There is deliberately no contact form on this page. A form needs something behind it that stores and forwards the message, and we would rather give you an address that provably works than a form that might quietly drop what you wrote. If that changes, a form will appear here and this paragraph will go.
We will not list an address, number, or channel that nobody monitors. If one of the channels above ever stops being read, it comes off this page rather than staying as decoration.
If a third party claims to offer Automix AI support, partnerships, or press contact through any address or number other than the ones on this page, it is not official. We have not authorised anyone to handle enquiries on our behalf. Please do not send them personal or payment information.

Automix AI is operated from Gujarat, India, and is run by Dr. Vivek Trivedi. Agreements with Automix AI are governed by Indian law, as set out in the Terms & Conditions.
For contractual notices, use vivek@automixai.in and ask for written acknowledgement; we will confirm receipt in writing rather than leaving you to assume a notice arrived.

How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to answer email within two working days. Data-protection requests are acknowledged within seven days and completed within thirty. These are commitments we can meet with the team we have; we would rather publish honest numbers than an impressive one we would miss.
Is there phone support for existing customers?
Yes, on +91 79841 00350, 10:00 to 19:00 IST, Monday to Saturday. For anything that needs us to look at your workspace, email is usually faster because we can investigate before replying rather than while you wait.
Can I buy a plan without talking to anyone?
Not today. There is no public self-service checkout — every plan is arranged directly, so a purchase begins with an email or a call. The pricing page shows exactly what each plan costs before you get in touch.
Who do I contact about my personal data?
Dr. Vivek Trivedi, at vivek@automixai.in, with "Data request" in the subject. He is named in the Privacy Policy as the person responsible for data protection, and the same address handles complaints about how a request was dealt with.
