Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
Effective 30 August 2026. This is the agreement between you and Automix AI. It is written to be read, so it is in plain English and the parts that limit what you get are not hidden in the middle.
These terms apply when you create an Automix AI account, use any Automix workspace, or buy any Automix plan. By doing any of those things you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that company.
Automix AI is operated by Dr. Vivek Trivedi from Gujarat, India. In these terms, “we” and “Automix” mean that business; the “service” means the Automix platform and every workspace in it.
Eligibility
Who may open an account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. The service is a business tool and is not intended for personal or household use by consumers, and not for children. We do not run an automated age check — this is a term of the agreement, and creating an account is your confirmation that you meet it.
You are responsible for everything done under your account. Keep your password to yourself, use a unique one, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. Where you invite team members, you are responsible for what they do in your workspace.
The service
What you are getting, and how honest we will be about it
Automix is a platform of specialist AI workspaces. They are not all at the same stage, and we do not pretend otherwise: each capability in the product and its documentation is marked as available, needing configuration before it works, or planned. A capability marked planned is not part of what you are buying.
Several workspaces only function once you connect an account you own — most obviously a WhatsApp Business number through your own Meta Business account. Those connections are yours, subject to that provider's own terms, and can be changed or withdrawn by that provider without us being consulted. We will tell you what a workspace needs before you buy it; if we have said a capability works and it does not, that is our problem to fix, and the Refund Policy says what happens then.
We improve and change the service continuously. Where we remove or materially reduce a capability you are actively paying for, we will tell you in advance and, if it matters enough to you to stop, deal with it fairly under the refund policy.
Availability. We aim to keep the service running and monitor it, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime percentage, and we are not going to invent one. Maintenance, provider outages — Meta's in particular — and faults will sometimes interrupt the service.
Your obligations
What you must do, and must not do
The detailed rules are in the Fair Use Policy, which forms part of this agreement. The essentials:
- Only message people who agreed to hear from you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact every person you message. Buying a contact list and loading it into Automix breaks this agreement and will get your WhatsApp number banned by Meta regardless of what we do.
- Follow the rules of the channels you use. WhatsApp Business messaging is governed by Meta's policies as well as ours, and Meta enforces them against your number directly.
- Obey the law that applies to you — including data protection, consumer protection, and any regulation specific to your trade. If you handle health, financial or identity data through Automix, the extra obligations that come with it are yours.
- Do not attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without telling us, or resell access to it without our written agreement.
- Do not present AI output as something it is not. The AI features draft, summarise and suggest. Review what matters before it goes out; you remain responsible for everything sent from your workspace.
Payment
How buying actually works
Plans are arranged directly with us. There is no self-service checkout on the public site. You choose a plan on the pricing page, get in touch, and we agree the scope, price and start date in writing. That written agreement, together with these terms, is your contract.
Nothing renews automatically. Automix does not hold a card on file to charge again, and no plan rolls over on its own. When a paid period ends, it ends, and continuing is a decision you make rather than one you have to remember to cancel. This is deliberate.
Prices and tax. All prices are in Indian Rupees. Prices shown on the pricing page are exclusive of tax; any tax that applies is charged at the rate shown on your invoice. Launch pricing, where offered, is held for the period stated in that offer.
Usage-based charges. Some capabilities consume credits — message sending and AI processing in particular — and some costs are set by third parties rather than by us. Meta charges for WhatsApp conversations on its own published rates, and those charges are yours, on your Meta account, not something Automix marks up or controls.
Invoices and late payment. We invoice for what was agreed. If an invoice is unpaid past its due date we may suspend the service after telling you first and giving you a chance to fix it. We will not delete your data because an invoice is late; suspension is not deletion.
Ownership
Who owns what
Yours. Your business data, your contacts, your conversations, your documents, and anything you create in a workspace remain yours. We claim no ownership of them and no right to use them beyond running the service for you. Content that an AI feature generates for you at your direction is yours to use.
Ours. The platform itself — software, design, documentation, the Automix name and the agent names and characters — remains ours. Using the service does not transfer any of it to you.
Feedback. If you tell us how to make the product better, we may act on it without owing you anything. That is not a claim on your data; it means an idea you volunteer does not become a licence we must negotiate.
Limits
What we are and are not responsible for
The service is provided as it is. Beyond what is written here and what Indian law requires and does not permit us to exclude, we do not give other warranties — in particular we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. AI features produce drafts and suggestions, not professional advice; nothing generated by an Automix workspace is medical, legal, financial or tax advice, whatever the workspace is named.
We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable, our total liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If a court finds a limit here unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Things outside our control. A provider you depend on may suspend or restrict your account under its own rules. Meta can restrict or ban a WhatsApp Business number, and its decision is not ours to overturn. We will help you understand what happened and, where the cause is something we did, put it right — but we cannot be responsible for another company's enforcement of its own policies against your account.
Ending it
Suspension, termination, and what happens to your data
You can stop at any time. Tell us in writing. Refunds, if any are due, are dealt with under the Refund Policy.
We can suspend or end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms or the Fair Use Policy, for non-payment after notice, or where continuing would put us or other customers at legal risk. Except where the breach is severe or unlawful, we will tell you what is wrong and give you a reasonable chance to fix it before acting.
Your data afterwards. For 30 days after an account ends, we will provide a copy of your data on request. After that we may delete it. If you want it deleted sooner, ask, and we will do it under the process in the Privacy Policy.
General
Law, disputes, and changes
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Talk to us first. Before starting formal proceedings, write to vivek@automixai.in setting out the problem and what you want done. Most disputes are a misunderstanding that a conversation resolves faster and cheaper than a filing.
Changes to these terms. We will update the effective date at the top when we change them. For a change that materially affects your rights or costs, we will email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept a material change, you may end the agreement before it starts to apply, and we will refund any unused portion of a period you have already paid for.
The rest. These terms, the Fair Use Policy, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and any written plan agreement are the whole agreement between us. If we do not enforce something immediately, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent; we may transfer it if the business is sold, and will tell you.
Questions
Straight answers
Will I be charged automatically when my plan ends?
No. Automix does not keep a card on file to charge again and no plan renews on its own. When a paid period ends it ends, and continuing is something you decide rather than something you have to remember to cancel.
Do you guarantee uptime?
No. We monitor the service and aim to keep it running, but we do not publish an uptime percentage or offer service credits, and we are not going to invent a figure we cannot stand behind. Outages at Meta will also affect WhatsApp messaging regardless of our own availability.
What happens if Meta bans my WhatsApp number?
Meta enforces its policies against your number directly and its decision is not ours to overturn. We will help you understand what triggered it and put right anything that was our fault, but we cannot be liable for another company's enforcement against your account. Following the Fair Use Policy is the best protection.
Who owns the content the AI generates for me?
You do. Content generated at your direction in your workspace is yours to use. The platform itself — the software, the design, the Automix and agent names — stays ours.
Can I get my data out if I leave?
Yes. For 30 days after an account ends we will provide a copy on request. There is no one-click export bundle yet, so we compile it by hand — which is why we ask for up to 30 days to deliver it.
