How we work

Every Automix product passes through the same public gates before it is called available.
We build nineteen specialist roles. Wavy is the live WhatsApp workspace. Websites, Socie, Khoji, and Wani appear on the owner price table. Fifteen further roles are waitlisted. This discipline shapes how we hire: we want people who ship to real users and say when something is not ready.
Consequential messages, payments, external writes, and professional-domain outputs retain visible human review. We treat queued, accepted, delivered, read, failed, unconfigured, and unavailable as genuinely different states. If that resonates, you will fit the culture.

Provider-aware thinking
WhatsApp, AI, payments, and external services each have real states and failure modes. We design for them, not around them.
Reviewable by default
Human approval gates on consequential actions are a feature, not a limitation. Hires should build for review, not bypass it.
Original work
Research informs coverage, but our copy, visuals, interactions, and identities must stay original — never borrowed from competitors.
Evidence over assertion
Builds, tests, browser checks, tenant isolation, DNS, TLS, and rollback evidence are part of completion, not optional extras.
Focus over headcount
We release one product at a time. We value depth in a role over wearing ten hats superficially.
When roles open
How openings will be published.
When a position opens, it will appear on this page with the role title, team, location or remote status, and a clear description of the work. We will not collect résumés before a role is posted, and we will not use third-party job boards that scrape or repurpose listings without consent.
If you want to be notified, the most reliable path today is to follow the company blog for updates. We do not maintain a wait-list or talent pipeline form at this time.
