Getting started
Walkthroughs for creating a Wavy workspace, connecting a WhatsApp Business number, and sending your first message.
Resource Center
We are building a library of guides, templates, and best practices for businesses using Automix AI products. It is not live yet. There are no downloadable resources, whitepapers, or templates published at this time. When resources are ready, they will be listed here.
What we plan to publish
The categories below describe what we intend to build. None of them contain published content yet.
As Wavy matures, we want the resource center to hold the kinds of materials that help a business set up and run WhatsApp customer engagement well: setup walkthroughs, message template guidance, automation patterns, and compliance references. Each resource will be written for a specific audience — business owner, marketer, or developer — and labelled accordingly.
We will not publish a resource until the underlying product feature it describes is live and tested. A guide for a feature that does not work yet would be misleading, and that is not how we operate.
Planned categories
These are intended categories, not a current inventory. Nothing is downloadable yet.
Walkthroughs for creating a Wavy workspace, connecting a WhatsApp Business number, and sending your first message.
Guidance on writing WhatsApp template messages that pass provider review and engage customers without spamming.
Common automation flows — welcome sequences, cart recovery, appointment reminders — with when-to-use guidance.
Plain-language references for WhatsApp Business Policy, opt-in management, and message-window rules.
API references and integration patterns for connecting Wavy to existing CRM, support, and e-commerce systems.
Checklists and benchmarks for response times, contact segmentation, and campaign hygiene.
Where to go today
While the resource center is empty, use the specialist field notes for role-specific use-case briefs and the About page for the roster and operating principles. When the backend is deployed, it exposes a generated OpenAPI reference at api.automixai.in/docs. The full documentation site is still being built.
Wavy is available now. Explore the workspace, read the blog, and check back as the library grows.
