Case studies
No case studies are published — and none are fabricated.
This page contains no customer stories, testimonials, performance metrics, or before-and-after comparisons because no consented, verified evidence package has been approved for publication.
Why this page is empty
Social proof requires real proof.
A case study page with invented customer names, fabricated quotes, and round-number metrics is a common pattern. It is not one Automix follows.
Before any case study appears here, all of the following must be true: a real customer or pilot partner must have consented in writing to be referenced; the results described must be measured from actual workspace data, not estimated; the metrics must be verifiable by someone other than the marketing function; and the customer must have reviewed and approved the final text.
No evidence package meeting those conditions is recorded for publication. This page remains empty until written consent, measurement, verification, and final customer approval are documented for a real engagement.
What is not here
Removed or never added.
The following types of content do not appear on this page and will not appear until the evidence standard above is met.
- Customer testimonials — No quotes, attributed statements, or endorsements from named or unnamed customers.
- Performance metrics — No response-time improvements, conversion lifts, revenue gains, time-saved figures, or efficiency percentages.
- Customer logos — No "trusted by" logo strip, no branded case-study cards, no company name drops.
- Before-and-after comparisons — No narratives describing a customer's state before and after using Automix, because no such comparison has been measured and verified.
- Persona-based stories — No fictionalised customer personas presented as real users.
What you can evaluate instead
If you want evidence, here is what is available.
In the absence of published case studies, you can evaluate the product directly.
- Explore Wavy's workspace — The messaging, campaigns, automations, and AI features are visible in the product. You can assess whether the workflow fits your team without relying on a case study.
- Review the generated API reference — When the backend is deployed, it exposes OpenAPI documentation at api.automixai.in/docs. The full documentation site remains a placeholder.
- Use the evaluation criteria — The Compare page lists neutral questions for implementation status, provider dependencies, review boundaries, pricing, and evidence.
Questions
Why there are no case studies.
Does Automix have customers?
We do not publish customer references on this page. Whether or not there are active workspaces, no customer story appears here unless it meets the evidence standard described above: written consent, measured results, independent verification, and customer approval of the final text.
Will you add case studies in the future?
Yes, when the conditions are met. A consented pilot with verifiable results and customer approval would produce a legitimate case study. Until then, this page will not contain fabricated or unverified social proof.
Why not just show a few testimonials?
Because a testimonial that is invented, unverified, or presented without consent is not evidence — it is decoration. Automix's principle is to state what is true, not what sounds persuasive. An empty case study page that says 'nothing here yet' is more honest than a page full of fabricated proof.
What evidence would a future case study need?
A real engagement, written publication consent, measured results, a reviewable source record, and customer approval of the final text. Without all five, it should not appear here.
